1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services provided through the baji apps platform. By accessing the site or creating an account, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.3 Currency

All transactions on baji apps are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency is not accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

baji apps offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000 with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

A bonus may be claimed once unless different terms are stated in the relevant offer.
Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned using a bonus.
Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being cancelled.
If bonus abuse is suspected, baji apps reserves the right to cancel the bonus or suspend the account.

4.3 Other Promotions

Specific terms for other promotions — including weekly reload offers, slots bonus, cricket betting bonus, birthday gift and refer-a-friend reward — are detailed on the relevant offer pages. Terms vary for each offer and it may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

baji apps reserves the right to cancel bets due to technical errors, data feed issues or other unavoidable reasons. The stake of any cancelled bet will be returned. Odds in in-play betting may change at any time after an event has started.

5.2 Erroneous Odds

baji apps reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect or abnormal. In such cases the stake will be returned.

5.3 Match Results

Official results from the relevant sports authority are used to settle betting outcomes. In the event of any discrepancy, the decision of baji apps is final.

5.4 Casino Games

If any game — including live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette and Teen Patti — is interrupted due to a technical error, the game will resume from the last saved state. The data stored on the game software provider's server is considered final.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

baji apps VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. Applicable wagering requirements must be met on cashback, and if not claimed within the specified time it will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and engaging in any of them may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

Operating multiple accounts.
Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
Betting using automated bots or software.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain unfair advantage.

7.2 Account Suspension or Closure

In the event of a rule violation, baji apps reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. To appeal an account closure, please contact the support team.
